1. Eligibility:

The OMODA ArtWrap Design Awards 2024 Chery car modification contest (“Contest”) is open to all people,including Chery car owners of Malaysia aged 18 and above, except for individuals associated with Chery Auto Malaysia, including employees, contractors, vendors, families, and friends of such individuals.

2. Contest Period:

The Contest begins on 19^th Jan, 2024, and ends on 26^th May, 2024 (“Contest Period”). All entries must be submitted and received within this period.

3. How to Enter:

Must Register on the landing page of Chery Malaysia. (The submission date 20 April 2024,Any entries received after20 April 2024 will not be accepted)

Submission Date: 20 April 2024

Car Model: Must be Chery Omoda car, Omoda 5 or Omoda E5

Submission Requirements

-No restriction to the number of designs submitted per person.

-Submission document needed:

-Design Sheet （jpg or png ,5-10pics） Resolution : 300 dpi (at least)

-Description of your design

Car wrapped up group

You can put the pictures and design file Google drive link in the landing page submit form.

If you are willing to send original files to us, you can add the files to the link and put in the landing page submit form.（Maximum size does not exceed 1G）

1. Post a photo or video with any Chery Omoda model, share their idea about the car modification design
2. Include the hashtag #crossmyOmodafuture OMODA ArtWrap Design Awards 2024 in the caption.Tag and follow Chery Malaysia’s official social media account.

4. Prizes:

Grand Prize (1 winner): RM15,000 and a VIP ticket to Chery Event

Second Prize (2 winners): RM10,000 and a VIP ticket to Chery Event

Third Prize (3 winners): RM5,000 and a VIP ticket to Chery Event

Best People Choice (10 winners): RM1,000 and a VIP ticket to Chery Event

5.Rules

There will be an offline award, the total score consist of public popularity(50%) and the professional scores(50%). Public popularity means the vote of the peoples’ choice on the landing page and the engagement of the participates’ post.
The decision of Chery Auto Malaysia is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.

6. Winner Announcement:

Winners list will be announced on Chery Auto Malaysia’s official social media accounts within 14 days after the Contest Period ends. Winners will be required to provide their contact details for prize giving ceremony

Price giving ceremony will be scheduled on WK4 of May 2024, winners will be notified via written notice by Chery Auto Malaysia via email.

7. Prize Delivery:

Prizes will be delivered to the winners after the completion of the Contest. Chery Auto Malaysia will not be responsible for any delays or issues in prize delivery beyond its control.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Chery Auto Malaysia reserves the right to change, modify, or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property:

By entering the Contest, participants grant Chery Auto Malaysia the right to use and publish their submitted photos and captions for promotional purposes without any further compensation.

10. Disqualification:

Chery Auto Malaysia reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is found to be fraudulent, offensive, or in violation of any applicable laws.

11. Privacy:

Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of the Contest and will not be shared with third parties.

12. Limitation of Liability:

Chery Auto Malaysia will not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damages incurred by participants during or as a result of participating in the Contest.

13. Governing Law:

The Contest and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

14. Entry Authenticity:

All entries must be original and not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. Entries found to be plagiarized, fraudulent, or in violation of copyright or trademark laws will be disqualified.

15. Indemnification:

Participants agree to indemnify and hold Chery Auto Malaysia harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their participation in the Contest or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

16. Publicity Release:

By participating, winners grant Chery Auto Malaysia the right to use their names, photos, and likenesses for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

17. Force Majeure:

Chery Auto Malaysia shall not be held liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations under the Contest due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemic, government regulations, or natural disasters.

18. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising in connection with the Contest shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

19. Severability:

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Non-Endorsement:

Participation in the Contest does not imply endorsement or sponsorship by any social media platform used for entry. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with these platforms.

21. Fraud Prevention:

Chery Auto Malaysia reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent or suspicious activities, including but not limited to multiple or automated entries.

By participating in the OMODA ArtWrap Design Awards 2024 Chery car modification Contest, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions made by Chery Auto Malaysia.

1. Introduction

3.2 The personal data provided by you to Chery Malaysia may be processed by Chery Malaysia for the following purposes:-

• to administer the business or contractual relationship between Chery Malaysia and you and/or your company;
• to communicate with you and/or your company;
• to administer customer relationship management procedures;
• to provide you with information about the activities, products, services, events and programmes that may be organized, managed, facilitated, provided, sponsored and/or participated by Chery Malaysia;
• to provide you with information about the products, services, events and programmes offered by selected third parties that may interest you;
• to facilitate payment in connection with the business or contractual dealings between Chery Malaysia and you and/or your company;
• to conduct research, study, assessment, survey and/or prepare reports/statistics for purpose of Chery Malaysia’s business activities;
• to respond to your enquiries;
• to comply with any legal or regulatory requirements applicable to Chery Malaysia, and to make disclosure under the requirements of any law, regulation, direction, court order, by-law, guideline, circular or code applicable to Chery Malaysia;

3.4 Generally, the personal data processed by Chery Malaysia is collected from you or provided by a third party to Chery Malaysia for the aforesaid purposes.

3.5 Please note that your personal data is necessary for Chery Malaysia to carry out the aforesaid purposes. The failure to supply such personal data will or may:

• result in Chery Malaysia being unable to administer the business or contractual relationship between Chery Malaysia and you and/or your company;
• result in Chery Malaysia being unable to provide you with information about the activities, products, services, events and programmes organized, managed, facilitated, provided, sponsored and/or participated by Chery Malaysia; and/or

Chery Malaysia has implemented security policies and technical measures to protect your personal data in accordance with such requirements of the applicable personal data protection laws and regulations.
